Returns not authorized may not be accepted. See individual items policies below.
Compression Garments:
All returned garments must be unworn, or laundered and in original packaging.
Walking Canes:
All returned walking canes must be unmodified and in original shipping condition. Canes that have been cut or shortened are non-returnable for any reason.
Medical Professional Items:
All returned scrubs and medical uniforms must be unworn and in the original packaging. All non-apparel medical items must be returned in original manufacturer's packaging.
Please return items in a box, not an envelope, to protect the items from damage. We recommend you ship the items using a traceable method as we cannot be held responsible for packages not received by ProMed Warehouse.
Please carefully inspect all items immediately upon receipt for manufacturing problems. If you suspect a manufacturer's defect, please let us know within 30 days. Your product will be promptly replaced following evaluation.
Return Shipping Policies
Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless there is a manufacturer's defect or if we made a mistake in processing the order.
A reshipping fee may be incurred on exchanged items, depending on package weight and destination.
